The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will provide analysis to the business function you support to help guide strategic decisions. You will partner with your team to create meaningful plans and monthly forecasts that accurately reflect the state of the business and provide for a meaningful financial benchmark. You will provide ad hoc decision making support for strategic initiatives and special projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the core FP&A routines of Forecast, Plan, and LRP for Circle, Target’s base loyalty program

  • Analyze and drive day-to-day decisions across Circle Weeks, mass and segmented offers, Target Circle Bonuses, and new game types, while helping to innovate on ways to drive member acquisition and engagement, including KPIs

  • Connect with peers in Merchandising Finance, Merchandising, and Pricing and Promotions to align Circle priorities with broader enterprise needs, including in-season promotional strategies and annual promotion mix between non-Circle and Circle

  • Support all existing base Circle business partnerships, including Ulta and Apple, while driving the best outcomes for future partnerships

  • Calculating and estimating Circle Earnings issuance, forecast, and deferral, in partnership with Accounting and CFP

  • Manage Circle Marketing budget and resource planning

About You:

  • Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance

  • Four or more years Finance/Accounting/Audit or related Operations experience

  • Experience working with spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel)

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organization skills

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong initiative and willingness to take risks

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
