2025 HBCU Design Challenge
The Black History Month HBCU Design Challenge is a competition that was developed in partnership with Targets Design team (OBPD & M), Talent Acquisition, D&I, Merchandising and Marketing teams to deliver on a new way to deepen our connection and impact with HBCU students across the country. We are creating a modern approach where participants can build skills, experience and gain exposure to Target in what we hope will strengthen our guest and employment brand perception.
Our Target Black History Month team is looking for ways to help Target create an even deeper connection with our guests and our community. HBCU students and grads offer a unique perspective. We love the idea of cultivating relationships that put Target into consideration as applicants look for new career options.
