On the Knowledge Management (KM) team, we help all families discover the joy of everyday life
by cultivating knowledge tosolve problems with ease. As a Knowledge Management Analyst,
your role will be to champion a strong knowledge sharing culture and continuously improve
methods of knowledge capture, while keeping the Guest,Agent, and Client experience at the
center of everything you do.
Core responsibilities:
  • Evolve KM best practices and content standards that are inclusive of all users, while
  • driving improvements and consistency across the program.
  • Support day-to-day KM updates, feedback, and requests across multiple service
  • centers, continuously scanning for trends and opportunities to make high-value process
  • and program improvements.
  • Proactively seek out and analyze data, user research, industry benchmarking, and
  • contentreviews to continuously identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.
  • Display a high level of curiosity to dig into data to understand themes and
  • patterns, identify root causes, check-in on progress, and take action to address
  • roadblocks/challenges to deliver on project outcomes.
  • Conduct routine calibrations, content reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to
  • develop knowledge contributors, ensure high quality content and identify
  • trends/opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization to align and deliver
  • on business objectives
  • Upskill on various KM tools and technologies that may be requiredfor the execution of
  • the KM Strategy and outcomes.

needs.
About you:
Three-year degree or equivalent 4 6 yrs. experience or MBA with 3 to 5 yrs. of
experience
2yearsof knowledge management experience desired or demonstrated understanding
of KM lifecycle and best practices.
Ability to understand root cause issues, analyze data, and provide recommendations
and solutions.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work, and balance multiple projects and deadlineswith minimal
supervision.
Comfortable providing feedback, coaching and guidance, and challenging the status quo
Thrives in ambiguity and adaptable to changing business priorities
Collaborative team player
