Working as an Analyst, Pre-Sales on the Target Plus™ Partner Services team you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the sales record system (Salesforce) through corresponding sales stages related to the financial process. This role will have access to sensitive financial and sales information, must be client centric and have a high-level understanding of the media business and landscape. This role will partner closely with external and internal stakeholders, specifically the Sr Analyst, Pre-Sales, Target Plus™ Partner Services[D1] .

Financial Planning & Forecast. Compiling and Providing reporting support for Plan/Forecast related to partner services revenue and overall integration of the plan and forecast with total Target Plus™. Working with Sr Pre-Sales Analyst to track and monitor services revenue, tying out to financial goals throughout the year. Revenue Reporting. Monitoring Revenue, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Metrics. Providing weekly, Monthly & ad-hoc in-depth reporting & insights to partner teams and leadership Pre-Sales Partner communication. Responding to partner interest on time via email by understanding individual client needs. Proactively reach out to partners via email based on leads generated for the year and driving consideration through prescriptive recommendations to help them succeed on the Target Plus™ platform. Bill partners for target provided services and Email invoice to partner for payment Pre-Sales Pipeline. Managing pre-sales (salesforce) pipeline record and pitches. This role will ensure data is entered timely and accurately to guarantee the highly visible vendor income and accounting process is completed properly. Cross Functional Partnerships. Partnering with Account Executive, Services Development team, internal and external service providers on how to better service the partner needs. Maintaining strong partnership with core Target Plus™ teams, including Partner Acquisition, Partner Onboarding & Category management to generate high potential leads for partner services
- Four-year degree in Business, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a client services or finance and billing related role
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative and organization, with the ability to manage ambiguity, risk, uncertainty and changing directions
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Superior time management and multitasking skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as other equivalent programs
