Lead Global Marketing Ops: Key Results Areas (KRAs)
The role of Lead Global Marketing Ops in our Bangalore team is dedicated to defining and managing a cross-functional effort across Marketing & Digital to shift, expand and operationalize core business functions between our global teams working in close partnership with global strategy. Also, it is aimed to provide support and coordination focused on (i) capabilities shifts (ii) work transitions and (iii) building out new bodies of work; documenting objectives and plans while also tracking progress to goal to ensure results are achieved on time and expectations are met.
The role works in tandem with Global Strategy in furthering cross-vertical collaboration, communication and partnership to ensure decisions are made with horizontal understanding and clear assessment of overlap/common needs. Coordinating across marketing and digital verticals, the role is expected to work with multiple partners (marketing leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Change, Marketing Finance and other infrastructure partners) and support business imperatives of Global Strategy.
The role is expected to build and drive a strategic communication plan to ensure all key stakeholders are effectively informed.
The role is expected to drive transitional activities once business alignment is made, build foundation of process, milestones and document best practices. You will drive inputs and create/develop key processes as applicable, connect the dots on enterprise tools and technologies, propose interaction models between teams. You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects and work streams. You will be a key liaison point for business leads in the initial phase of work-stream execution.
You will influence teams and partners and leverage change management best practices. You will drive measurable input into delivering capabilities using business needs, interpretation of data and insights, and creativity in delivering outputs. You will initiate and drive new operational ideas in service to the guest experience. You will also be supporting teams in developing sustainable operating models; driving accountability and sustainability.

- Master in Business Management (MBA) or other relevant Master degree
- Minimum of 8-10 years Marketing, Digital, Agency and/or Operations experience
- Broad knowledge and experience in retail, Digital and/or Marketing
- Natural problem-solver who approaches solutions using data, reasoning, and curiosity
- Resourceful, synthesizes information, thinks critically, and communicates the right level of information to the appropriate audience
- Exerts influence with peers, leaders and cross-functional partners both internal and external
- Performs work with a degree of autonomy and independence
- Develops relationships, influences and gains commitment in order to resolve problems and drive toward desired outcomes
