As the HR Ops Manager, you will oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our US Staffing team. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless, efficient, and compliant staffing process that aligns with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the staffing operations team, ensuring all recruitment activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and refine staffing processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and align operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze staffing metrics, preparing reports on recruitment performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and implement best practices in staffing operations, including technology enhancements and process automation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all staffing activities.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure a streamlined hiring process and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated staffing issues and provide solutions to complex challenges.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations in staffing operations to keep the organization competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from Accredited University
  • 7+ years of work experience, preferably in operations, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
