As a Lead Agile Coach, you’ll take the lead in the education, adoption and scaling of agile and product with all Product Teams and Leaders at a Product level in order to establish a common understanding across the product. You will evaluate the health of the portfolio and respective products in order to identify opportunity for improvements around scaling agile and product management, and help the leaders and teams mature their product vision, planning and delivery. You will partner with leaders (VP and Directors across the portfolio) and the Technical Coach to develop a strategy to set and achieve the agile and product educational goal for their respective products. This role will also be responsible for building and maintain a healthy relationship with the leaders in all Target pyramids. You will formally create, in conjunction with the product leaders, and execute against a product level coaching plan and communicate the plan to the Product teams and the team’s leader chain (up to VP). You’ll ensure Product teams and leaders can demonstrate their learning based on the coaching plan. You will formally review the progress, outcomes, and observations (positive and negative) of the product level coaching plan with the product leaders and the portfolio VP. You will be the resident expert in agile and product principles as well as related methodologies and practices within their respective portfolio. You will work closely with partners, particularly Scrum Masters, Product Managers and Engineering Managers, to drive product maturity and strategies to address gaps, coach and educate one-on-one with leaders, provide direct feedback based on observations, and be a catalyst for promoting a learning culture. You will develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the team of agile and technical coaches to share experiences, develop shared training material, and ensure a consistent coaching experience and base-level set of learning for the Product teams and leaders.

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years Agile work experience across a variety of Agile teams and Agile methodologies and frameworks
- 3+ years Agile coaching experience
- Experience leading large organizations/enterprise through Agile and Product transformations
- Experience leading coaching and learning programs for product teams
- Experience leading coaching of leaders in technology, product and business organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to variety of audiences
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
