A role in Planning at TII means being in charge of providing insightful recommendations that drive the financials for Target’s businesses. Here, you’ll conduct deep analysis across various business lines and provide insights that will help drive sales and margin while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
As a Insights lead, you’ll provide decision support for the business across various dimensions like assortment planning, financial planning & inventory health. A large part of your role will be to interpret key results, describe the problem and build/ recommend solutions that will improve the overall business health. You will also act as a agile lead to orchestrate the building of planning capability at TII

About you:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in analytics and consulting
- Strong Scrum master experience required
- Experience in Lean six sigma, change leadership & business process architecture desired
- Experienced in data analysis techniques like visualization, statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Ability to handle complex data sets and derive meaningful insights to drive business decisions
- Proficient in R/ Python, SQL and data visualization software
- Should have a deep understanding of retail to be able to identify key business drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support business goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate complex insights to a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to influence without authority
- Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and able to balance competing priorities
- Ability to think out of the box and come up with innovative solutions
