On the Knowledge Management(KM)team, we help all families discover the joy of everyday life
by cultivating knowledge to solve problems with ease. As a Knowledge Management Lead
Specialist,your role will be to champion a strong knowledge sharing culture and continuously
improve methods of knowledgecapture, while keeping the Guest, Agent, and Client experience
at the center of everything you do.
Core responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day KM updates, feedback, and requests across multiple service
  • centers, continuously scanning for trends and opportunities to make valuable process
  • and program improvements and drive consistency across the service centers.
  • Conduct routine calibrations, reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to develop
  • knowledge contributors, ensure high quality content and identify trends/opportunities for
  • improvement.
  • Leverage reporting and insights to understand themes and patternstoidentify root
  • causes and make recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization to align and deliver
  • on business objectives.
  • Upskill on various KM tools and technologies that may be requiredfor the execution of
  • the KM Strategy and outcomes.
  • This position reports to the Knowledge Manager, Target in India. Core responsibilities of this job

  • needs.

About you:
  • Three-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 yearof knowledge management experience desired or demonstrated understanding of
  • KM lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellentwrittenandcommunication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and ownership
  • Comfortable providing feedback, coaching and guidance, and challenging the status quo
  • Willingness to embrace ambiguity and remain flexible
