In this role, you will lead timely, accurate and professional operational support to internal and external partners. You will provide day-to-day support capabilities for business-to-business (B2B) partners that together elevate Target’s digital business.


  • Mange partner service and support for incoming requests via multiple communication methods: examples may include email/case management and calls
  • Independently own and manage the returns disputes and payment disputes processes for over 250 US Sellers
  • Ensure accurate processing of return disputes for Target Plus Sellers to ensure accurate and timely payouts of approximately $10 M annually
  • Drive initiatives independently and work with peers and leads to improve process efficiency in partner communication
  • Directly work with the Centralized Returns Center in Indianapolis to streamline the guest return process
  • Respond to and resolve partner questions and issues through incident recognition, research and isolation, resolution, escalation and follow up
  • Ensure communication of changes in process with the global team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team leaders towards implementation

Education Expectations: 3 year degree or equivalent

Job Related Experience: 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Prior experience in digital commerce / retail
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Willingness to embrace ambiguity and remain flexible
  • Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and initiative
  • Detail oriented
  • Naturally curious; enjoys researching root issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook)
