PRIMARY FUNCTION
As Manager Property Management you will be leading a team of 6 to 8 resources (Including FTE and contractors).
As part of this role you will support Target’s strategic priorities (Target Forward) in waste minimization and energy conservation by working closely with multiple teams in Minneapolis & India within PM function such as waste minimization, service Ops, Business services, FMOC etc.
Facilitate transitions/knowledge transfers of new tools/capabilities and skillsets towards capability enhancement. From a TII perspective your team will be managing multiple priorities in waste minimization, energy conservation, vendor managemement, WO management etc.
Talent management and partner engagement will be key for this role as you will work with a high performing and diverse team with varied work experiences and well versed with the current process.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a Manager Property management, you'll take the lead in below:
- PM Operations: Leading a team of 6 to 8 resources (Including FTE and contractors). Supporting continuation and expansion of scope of works, identifying new growth areas and creating/implementing action plans for transition of new work efforts, Identifying issues in the process and preparing and completing action plans; complying and conducting quality audits and analyses; managing system and process improvements and quality assurance programs. Analysing data generated in various processes for reporting trends which can enable relevant business teams to take actions.
- Partner Relations: Develop and establish strong partnerships with the HQ Property management teams to deliver on agreed goals and objectives.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor productivity and quality performance measurements to track operational results at the individual and team level. Coaches and mentors team members to continuously improve.
- Coaching/Consultant - Provides support and delivers effective and timely feedback to team in helping team resolve business and personnel issues. Manages multiple teams with both exempt and nonexempt team members, facilitates processes to help teams make sound analytical/fact-based decisions.
- Special Projects: Represents Property management in CFTs and participate or lead special projects or CFTs
- Daily Operations:
Ensure delivery of established targets including day to day service levels, quality measures and guideline adharence measures. Be part of CFT discussions and ensure adherence to SLAs and improve operational performance. Identify process improvement areas and take initiatives to improve business and operational metrics like productivity, quality, TAT, etc
.
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Senior Manager, Property Management
Working relationship: All teams within the Property Management (US and India)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
- Seven or more years business experience in retail or related field
- Experience in leading teams and Talent management experience preferred
- BBA or equivalent Degree would be added advantage
- Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
- Able to positively interact with various levels of management
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Ability to convert strategic priorities to goals for team to pursue
- Ability to represent team and Property management in various forums
