PRIMARY FUNCTION

As a Marketing Ops Analyst you will help shape one of the world's strongest brands by enhancing guest experience. You will execute Instore marketing strategies and bring campaigns to life, solidify guest loyalty and ultimately drive sales. You'll partner with internal and external teams to deliver on our Expect More. Pay Less brand promise.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will execute strategies which positively impact Guest’s in-store experience that increases brand awareness for the assigned business area(s)
  • Pro-actively drive & manage production to market project plan, communicating all deadlines and ensuring cross-functional team compliance.
  • Set up, manage and execute In-store Marketing projects by understanding campaign objective and be the single point of contact for the assigned category
  • Facilitate translation of signs for bilingual stores
  • Partner with onsite team/print buying to update estimates based on actuals
  • Create a forecast view of financial status of all projects on a monthly, quarterly & yearly level for monthly forecast meetings and provide insights and recap key metrics to leaders
  • Work on process improvements and strategic initiatives by identifying existing issues and deep diving at the root cause level
  • Problem solve process related issues
  • Promote sharing of expertise and continuous learning
  • Follow defined and communicated best methods and procedures
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of work
  • Support team strategies, goals and objectives
  • Promote commitment to the organization’s vision, values and direction

REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to Sr. Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 3 to 5 yrs. experience in retail/marketing operations
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented & demonstrates organizational & analytical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
  • Self-starter, curious and thrives on learning new capabilities
  • Excellent communicator – ability to present to large groups of people, manage cross functional projects and strong organization skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Will to work in any shift time that business demands (8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm)
  • Will to engage in calls with onsite team in the evenings/night irrespective of which shift you are in office

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior retail/e-commerce experience
