PRIMARY FUNCTION

Sr Analyst Automation, F&B Efficiency to join our team. As a part of the F&B Efficiency team, Automation analyst will work closely with business process owners as well as data analytics and process innovation & automation teams. They bring in effective automation techniques to minimize manual efforts of F&B processes and operations and drive efficiency creating strategic capacity for business teams aiding in efforts on F&B strategic initiatives.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Sr. Analyst Automation, you will support all business areas within F&B DSD of Target with critical Automation that helps team members leverage capacity for strategic initiatives. Become an automation expert and utilize tools like Python, SQL, Greenfield, VBA, Process Innovation & Automation tool kit. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. Interface with the Target business representatives and leaders to validate business requirements/requests for automation solutions. Determine best methods in order to gather data and present information efficiently through automation. Conduct process discoveries and Streamline processes to meet business needs. Communicate with project/team manager to share knowledge and findings. Document design and requirements for automation solutions. ABOUT YOU:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years relevant experience in automation, streamlining processes
• Conceptual understanding of analytical techniques
• Expertise in SQL language and advanced data mining techniques
• Experience in Automation techniques, RPA
• Work Experience in industry available automation tools (like Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, etc..) preferrable
• Expertise in Greenfield, Automation Portal, DOMO (for internal candidates)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex architecture and proposed solution to clients regardless of the client’s technical expertise
• Expertise in R, Python, Hive open-source technologies
• Big data knowledge preferable
