As Sr. Analyst Loyalty Marketing, You will help drive higher guest engagement and improved guest relationships through Target’s Loyalty Program – Target Circle. To achieve this, you will:

  • Implement the Lifecycle Marketing strategies and plans with utmost accountability
  • Deliver insights and analytics that measure our performance and improve our marketing and media decisions
  • Lead the discovery, interpretation and communication of meaningful data patterns that inform innovation for greater guest loyalty
  • Leverage data, customer insights and competitive information to support the development of marketing tactics
  • Contribute to executing on the strategic direction and evolution of the Target Circle Program through Life Cycle Marketing
  • In partnership with Channel Owners and creative teams, you will optimize continued engagement with our Target Circle guests, focusing on key conversion drivers and maximizing guest engagement
  • Identify, prioritize and construct actionable guest segments to unlock new opportunities that create value
  • Help develop compelling messaging that drives behaviors, targeting individual guests across our portfolio of communication channels, which will allow you to drive key metrics for our Loyalty Program

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master’s Degree with specialization in Marketing preferred
  • 5-8 years’ experience in the Marketing domain
  • 3-5 years of CRM / Customer Lifecycle Marketing experience
  • Ability to interpret data to strategize Marketing tactics
  • Knowledge and experience of multi-channel targeted marketing
  • A passion for data and strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated individual with passion for marketing
  • Understands critical drivers and set priorities appropriately
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Great articulation and presentation skills
