As a Sr Art Director, you will conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and experiences to support a variety of style categories and brands. You will think conceptually and strategically while integrating the guest lens. You will be responsible for working effectively across channels and platforms, including digital and social media. You will concept and execute projects by designing and photo art directing, while overseeing production details. You will need to multi-task and collaborate seamlessly with partners across creative and marketing disciplines. Critical to the role is staying passionate and being aware of Home and Style industry trends. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Expert knowledge of all CS software and the Mac platform
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating breadth of design and photo art direction capabilities, with a focus on Home and Style
• Desire and ability to learn quickly – self-starting, highly motivated, fast working
• Ability to establish rapport with peers
• Flexible to travel as needed – including weekends, though infrequently
