Sr. Designer TP


  • Relevant Experience: We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in the Revit/ BIM domain.
  • This experience should include a successful track record of handling diverse projects and responsibilities.
  • 8 + Years experienced candidate with a Civil engineering or B'Arch degree / Bachelors / Masters degree
  • Leads and deliver complex projects, processes and programs relevant to Target non-retail fixtures
  • Drives the fixture content creation volumes and assists team in achieving the desired volume.
  • Contribute to create standard documents, templates and other content creation planning

  • Responsible for building technical competence and upskilling team through formal training and by
  • example
  • High level of knowledge on processes associated with Revit parametric family creation and
  • customization
  • Partner with manager to drive process improvements for the business unit as a whole


  • Team-orientated, passionate about developing others’ skills and capabilities
  • SPOC for all Microstation related activities expected to be delivered from TII
  • Participate and contribute to cross functional projects and be proactive in decision making related
  • to team goals
  • Innovate new techniques and demonstrate strategic solutions that enables 3D for all initiative
  • Define project management approach to track projects, estimated and actual timelines, QA/QC,
  • etc.
  • Develop and maintain relevant store design CAD fixtures and documents
  • Communicates project updates with team/manager/ partners/clients at the right time
  • Create and maintain Target non-retail fixture CAD content across all areas/ departments.
  • Quality control on overall TII content creation deliverables/ processes.
  • Create & maintain Revit best practice and FAQ documents
  • Identifies training needs, develop and facilitate training modules to enhance team’s productivity
  • Supervise all SRC queries answered and documented from TII
  • Manages assigned multiple projects independently and maintain preferred quality and timelines
  • Build strong partnership across team and with MPLS partners in order to meet and exceed
  • expectations
  • Takes on a TII fixture SME responsibilities, captain multiple work efforts/programs
  • Lead new processes and documentation techniques, maintains accurate data
  • May lead team meetings/conference calls/ presentation pertaining to job responsibilities
  • May train and coach TMs through mentoring, formal training and by example
