personalization, simplicity and intuitiveness. Your ideas will support Target in
complementing the beloved in-store shopping interaction with a convenient,
reliable and instantly gratifying digital experience.
As a Sr Digital QA analyst you will have an opportunity to help all guests to find
the right digital products and services that bring them JOY. You will have ownership
to bring value through accuracy, consistency and functionality of digital content
acrossTargetweb, app and other channels. As part of Quality Assurance team, you
will be accountable for creative content validations, reporting and drive issue fixes
from guest perspective, across multiple web browsers, operating systems and
devices (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop). An ideal candidate should be comfortable
working in a creative, fast-paced environment, focused on interpreting the creative
strategy and direction.
About this role:
Cross functional collaboration: Fosters strong stakeholder relationships
across Creative, Producer and Project management teams.
Strategic planning and execution: Drives strategic capability developments
to QA based on business needs and owns end to end QA change
management.
Retail digital acumen: Represent QA to align final creative experience, brand
guidelines / style guides. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to own
SLA, SOP and checklist controls.
Testing: Owns specific business area/s KPIs. Owns on-time delivery of
Category routes validations, Site refresh validations, Live Site validations,
Promotion validations, functional validations, Site placement launch
validations.
Data extraction and reporting: Presents periodic data insights and
strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
Problem solving: Identifies root cause trends and drives upstream
continuous improvement projects by collaborating with stakeholders until
implementation.
Represent QA in War rooms and holds feedback sessions with stakeholders.
Be inclusive to continuously collate team experience and suggest
improvisations to uplift Site experience.

About you:
Graduation in Engineering / equivalent with relevant experience
4+ years of E-commerce experience in Digital creative content Quality
assurance
Experience in owning business area QA KPIs
Expertise in validating creative pages / components across mobile, tablet
and desktop. Coach new team members.
Experience in working on creative issues / bug tracking tools (JIRA, BugZilla
or equivalent)
Eye for details, experience in driving RCA and structured problem solving
initiatives
Exceptional communication skills
Flexible to represent QA in different time zones / weekend roasters.
Adapt to new business requirements and changes.
Experience in driving automation projects for efficiency gains
