Join Target’s Digital team, as a Sr.Manager Compliance for Target Plus, Target’s platform for a curated assortment of product from the industry’s best third-party Brands and Sellers (“Partners”). As a team member on Target Plus you will work with stakeholders across the company in Legal, Compliance, Product Safety & Quality Assurance, Digital Operations,Data Analytics, Store Operations, Target.com Guest Servicesto ensure Target Plus isaware of and meeting all upcoming rules, bans, standards, and regulations. This role lends itself well to those who enjoy building relationships, solving complex problems, synthesize existing and proposed Legislation, developing processes, and has a deep love for data. A role on this team will help drive your career development through robust problem solving, influencing leaders, establishing new processes, and deepen your understanding of marketplace operations.  Primary responsibilities of the Sr.Manager Compliance T+ include:

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketplace, Digital and Enterpriseto proactivelymonitor rules, bans, standards, and regulations to ensure Target Marketplace compliance.

• Analyze risk and impact of laws and regulations to Target Plus’s Product, Policies, and Procedures.

• Implement and execute strategies for upcoming rules, bans, standards, and regulations. 

• Create and lead education for internal partners on proactive development to support regulation, legislation, and product safety requirements.  

• Understand operational gapsandrecommend changes and ensure Marketplace readiness for rules, bans, standards, and regulations.

• Lead issue management and resolution for rules, bans, standards, and regulations which impact Target Plus. Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on resolution by answering questions, proactively addressing user needs, and recommending changes to business processes.

• Oversight of disputes, overall strategy, goal setting, govern workflow, SLA, quality and timeliness, lead improvements to process, product & partner experience, monitor case closure and quality

• Coaching and development for 2 direct reports within disputes team

Requirements: 

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience  

• 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, compliance,project management, process improvement or related field 

• Marketplace, e-commerceor legal / compliance experience  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to pull insights out of data and drive action.  

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with mid to senior level leaders within and outside of the organization.
