Sr Manager Target Plus

Here, you’ll collaborate to create and implement the digital strategies that enrich the online experience through the right mix of personalization, simplicity and intuitiveness. Your ideas will support Target in complementing the beloved in-store shopping interaction with a convenient, reliable and instantly gratifying digital experience.
As a Senior Manager for Target+, you will manage a team using your intuition and expertise fueled by data and analytics to oversee development of assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies that will deliver GMV and revenue goals while growing market share.
Analytics. You will monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) across all channels, guest behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to inform short-term and long-term performance. Your team will leverage data and analytics to identify market share, new sellers and category opportunities for the future.
Experience. You will consult on the best experience, assortment, and promotions to deliver value to the guest and partners with teams across Category Management, Acquisition, Site Experience, and Operations.
Sku Productivity. You will oversee work managing key item lists, inventory accuracy, and competitive pricing strategies.
Collaboration. You will have strong cross company collaboration skills and be able to communicate strategies and business updates to the full Target+ Merchandising team in India and the US to build team cohesion, align priorities, grow GMV, and deliver a strong guest experience.
Seller Support. You will assist with seller communication to help drive action and alignment.

- Four-year degree, B.S. and/or B.A.
- Experience in merchandising, forecasting, and product selection (including managing and maintaining an open-to-buy and developing strong business relationships with sellers/vendors and industry leaders).
- Managing an ecommerce business, with specific experience related to marketing and site experience and optimization preferred
- 2+ years of experience effectively leading, managing and developing people preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality preferred, ability to work in an environment similar to a startup.
