FRS’ team member-facing contact centers include the Client Support Center (CSC), which provides company-wide, level-one technical support; the Facilities Management Operations Center (FMOC), which acts as the property management hub for Target’s Sstore locations; the Transportation Command Center, Delivery Services (TCC DS), which provides around-the-clock resolution of logistical issues, and Travel Services, which manages all travel and expense-related work for the enterprise.
As an FMOC Team Lead, you will provide operational leadership and be responsible for leading approximately 15 team members delivering 24/7/365 support for issues within Stores, Distribution Centers and HQ buildings. In addition to leadership, you will be responsible for developing expertise in level-one technical knowledge of all functions supported by FMOC, including but not limited to: Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Alarm Systems, and other Facilities Management Support Center functions. You will be responsible for hiring, leading, and developing your team while driving business results in a fast-paced environment. You will be accountable for the execution of operational initiatives that drive engagement with your team, fostering a guest-focused environment, and delivering on key business objectives by achieving service goals. You also are responsible for identifying team performance opportunities, defining and creating process improvements, and leveraging metrics to make business decisions. You must be committed to developing, training, and retaining a high performing and diverse team, devoted to quality service. You will be expected to seek out opportunities to improve the overall effectiveness and value of the department, team, and guest experience. • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a service-oriented, operational and/or contact center environment
• Experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook, Visio and Project
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various levels of partners within the organization
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the needs of the business
• 1+ years of experience within Facilities or Property Management preferred
Work hours are Monday-Friday 10p-6a; every other weekend LOD
Reside within 60 miles of hiring location (Brooklyn Park, MN)
Ability to commute to a designated Target HQ location in certain circumstances
Access to a Home work space that is clear of noise distractions to perform the role
Hardwired internet in your home location
Meet the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload
Ability to engage via a Target issued web camera for required meetings, trainings and/or interactions
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment
Ability to train on first shift for up to 30 days
