About The Job:
The Lead Product Designer will:
Set UX strategy and vision for your cross functional partners
Proactively identify and pursue design opportunities within and across products
Guide design process and mentor more junior designers
Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design
Advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams
Investigate using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Build a network of relationships to enable your work

About You:
A portfolio showcasing a high level of craft with a strong foundation in visual and interaction design
Deep experience with native mobile app patterns
Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe xD
An ability to articulate design decisions with grace, logic and data
An ability to influence strategy by engaging product and engineering partners
Strong communication and storytelling skills
An ability to evaluate and manage competing priorities and timelines
A passion for navigating complexity and making sense of ambiguity
Excellent collaboration and influence skills
5-ish years of experience in UI design, service design, information architecture or equivalent experience in a related field (psychology, engineering, data analytics, etc)
