As a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance, you’ll oversee the financial performance of middle mile transportation which reflects any target node to target node transportation. Given our recent sales growth, the role is critical to ensuring we deliver product on time to our stores and fulfillment centers to serve our guests while managing and optimizing the costs. Core responsibilities of this role include: direct financial support to the Sr Director Middle Mile Transportation and his/her team; budgeting and forecasting expenses, actual performance recaps to Finance and business leaders, and ad hoc analytics to explain key business drivers and influence optimal outcomes. Reporting to the Director of GSCL Finance, you’ll be supported along the way to challenge your clients to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights of their performance. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
- 4-year college degree with equivalent experience (4-6 years) in Finance and/or Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives
- Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
