Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.
As a Sr. Operations Manger in the Client Support Center (CSC), you will lead teams responsible for providing technical and business process support to all Target Team Members across our Stores, Distribution Centers, and Global Headquarters loactions. You will implement and/or support systems and processes in partnership with other service centers, key corporate business areas, and technology partners. This is an opportunity to use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of an amazing team focused on solving complex technology problems while delivering best in class service. As a senior leader in the CSC, you'll be instrumental in providing leadership, coaching, motivation, quality evaluation and assistance to team members that will enable outstanding performance in both the day to day execution and critical projects that take our business to the next level. You’ll manage 4+ leaders (possibly at multiple sites) that each have 15-20 customer service agents reporting to them. You will understand and manage partner and client expectations to ensure satisfaction of internal and external clients and will have the opportunity to direct and support multiple projects in support of new systems, software and business processes. There is plenty of room to innovate and you will be able to seek out and implement opportunities to improve and enhance efficiency, functionality, stability and usability of systems, software, hardware and/or infrastructure. - Four year college degree and 5-7 years of leadership experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record of producing significant business results
- Excellent time management, communication - written and verbal, interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop leaders and team members in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate team members
- Excellent analytical, tactical and strategic thought process skills
- Understands basic retail functions and the specific organizational functions of the business areas supported is a plus.
- Technology expertise is a plus.
