A role with Field Investigations is an opportunity to positively impact the safety and security of our Team and Guests. This is achieved through the investigation and resolution of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) impacting our Stores, Supply Chain and our communities.
As a Sr. Manager – Field Investigations you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Field Investigators focused on the prevention and resolution of ORC, significant fraud and security incidents. You will collaborate and partner with Store and Supply Chain Field teams and HQ partners to support shortage prevention and case resolution. You will engage and collaborate with industry partners, law enforcement, HQ, Store and Supply Chain AP teams to prioritize and ensure investigations are executed to aid in prosecution, as well as driving support for ORC initiatives in your area of responsibility. You will share lessons learned with operational partners to drive future prevention of organized theft and fraud activity.

About You:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
Previous leadership experience or equivalent experience coaching/training
Deep knowledge of and demonstrated experience with theft/fraud and/or ORC investigations
Ability to represent your team and work with external partners
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to a broad audience at various levels
Collaborate with partners and keep them informed
Strong decision making and prioritization capabilities
Ability to work in high intensity situations with composure and ease
Solution-based mindset with desire to uncover business gaps and solve problems
Ability to build strong working relationships with key partners to keep them informed and drive solutions
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, while residing in the mid-west (USA)
