Roundel is Target’s entry into the media business; an advertising sell-side business built on the principles of first party (people based) data, brand safe content environments and proof that our marketing programs drive business results for our clients. We are here to drive a key growth initiative for Target and to lead the industry to a better way of operating within the media marketplace.

As a Business Systems Operations Manager, you will support evolving Target’s sales operations to help meet the needs of Roundel. This position is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the health of our sales pipeline and operations to make Target first-to-market in the advertising media space. They will assist the senior manager with enhancements that improve the end to end sales processes and CRM systems, including driving the business roadmap forward.  They will be responsible for the technical and administrative system admin tasks for Roundel’s CRM system(s), such as adjustments to system configuration and new data flos.  They will execute the compliance and governance practice and ensure it is maintained.  They will lead all necessary training programs for all Roundel stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing critical business health dashboards and reports, used across Roundel teams and leadership business reviews. They will be a key lead for change management, developing and managing a calendar for necessary communication for Roundel. 

The ideal candidate for this role will understand the technology and workflow throughout a lifecycle of a sale and will have a passion for CRM/sales operations, an eye for detail and an enthusiasm for problem solving.

About you:

  • Bachelor degree required (4 years)
  • 5-7 years related industry experience
  • 1-3 years of experience with CRM software, preferred and certification required
  • Experience in CRM configuration (SF preferred) using validation rules, Workflow Rules, Flows, Process Builders, roles & profiles, security features, custom settings, custom apps and objects, formula fields, custom views, and other features of intermediate complexity
  • Computer science or data analytics background preferred
  • Experience working with middleware tools, integrations, and APIs
  • Strong analytical skills and data acumen
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity with how things work
