A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.
As a Director, Experience Insights, you will report to the Sr. Director, Experience Insights and have responsibility for leading actionable insights on Target’s guest experience.
You will be responsible for identifying insights that result in the continuous improvement of how our guests interact with Target across all touchpoints. Additionally, this leader will be accountable for understanding shopper journeys and consumer behavior at each journey touchpoint. They will be responsible for integrating digital engagement, VOG metrics, marketing engagement data (e.g., email) and consumer research into narratives that highlight opportunities to improve guest experience and loyalty. They will also be accountable for understanding competitive experience, assessing Target’s advantages and disadvantages.
Additionally, you will work with your direct reports to ensure the business opportunity is clearly articulated, build a hypothesis-driven framework, scope, and ensure the best method is employed given business need and constraints), and communicate insights in a manner that impacts business choices. You will also be responsible for guiding and developing future Insights leaders.

About You:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of work experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Experience Insights
Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools
Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings to focus on the critical implications and opportunities
Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
Knowledge of CX Measurement solutions (e.g. Medallia, In-Moment, Qualtrics, SMG)
Professional experience in CX Insights or Analytics
Remote eligible
Travel required no more than 25%
