We are currently seeking a recognized and experienced marketing leader with publishing and or media industry experience in developing marketing strategies, leading high performing teams and a track-record of helping lead large organizations drive change and deliver explosive growth.

the future while leading the present to accelerated growth in the sales of
digital media, advertising and custom marketing campaign solutions to the
national media and advertising agency market. As the Director of Marketing for Target Media Network, you’ll be
responsible leading overall brand positioning, marketing strategy and
execution that will separate Target Media Network from other media and
publishing companies in the industry, clearly defining our position to the
world’s best brands and advertisers.
With a strong background of building measureable outcomes and customer experiences, you will lead talented marketing professionals work cross-functionally to deliver the Target Media Network Brand promise and positioning across industry events, B2B social networks, and other marketing communications such as online media kits, email and sales collateral. Develop end-to-end marketing programs and go-to market strategies, including those specific to C-Suite decision makers, to increase lead generation and build strong brand engagement.
Strong team and goal orientation with track record of success and ability to work successfully with others at all organizational levels to achieve optimal results. 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience including proven leadership roles, industry experience in advertising, media, publishing or similar preferred.
Deep understanding and proven track record of brand building and positioning in a business to business setting across multiple B2B marketing strategies and channels.
Strategic, curious and influential thought leader who can bring connectedness and perspective to Target from the broader industry outside of Target.
Optimistic, collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally, putting the Target guest and enterprise before team and self.
Specific experience in leading and or executing experiential marketing and events that deliver brand engagement, lead generation and incremental sales
Proven leader who can assess, coach and develop individuals and build high performing teams.
Experience with ideating, branding and building strong go-to-market strategies for new products launching into the market based on demand and emerging tech.
