A role with Roundel is an opportunity to represent the company in the sales of digital media, advertising and custom marketing campaign solutions to the national media and advertising agency market. Focus for this role will be on insights and analysis. You will partner with cross-functional peers to ensure proper execution and alignment to media, business strategy, and objective.
As a Roundel Global Reporting Operations Lead, you will tell the story of our marketing strategies in partnership with some of the world’s most recognized brands. Working across geographies, you will be responsible for conveying strategic direction on reporting needs, while developing a process and new ways of working to drive continuous improvement of our global reporting pods. You will serve as a reporting liaison and subject matter expert for our partners in Bangalore – driving a training calendar, rollout of new media and measurement products, methodologies and tools for the reporting team. You will be a critical member of the Reporting, Insights & Analytics leadership team reporting into the Director. • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital Media, Marketing or Retail
• Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, and communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity; an ability to manage and adjust to multiple priorities on the fly
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and management of multiple large scale projects
• Strategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomes
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and leaders
• Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
