Whether it’s through focusing on regional or upstream distribution centers or import warehouses, you’ll have a chance to positively impact thousands of fellow team members and Target guests worldwide. You’ll do this by moving items and/or cartons to and from trailers, storage, and staging areas by hand to mechanized conveyor systems using safe lifting techniques. You may also be prepping, packing, or sorting items to be delivered to our guests and/or stores. We’ll teach you our step-by-step processes so that your work is free from errors. Other responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate include updating the Warehouse Management System, other computer systems and/or manifests appropriately as work is performed to ensure accurate carton count and quality of product being moved to, from, and throughout the warehouse.
