Working withinTargetCreative, theEngagement Manager(EM)rolecombines business and strategic acumen to lead partnership with Business Category and Target Creative partners. The EM delivers three areas of expertise: 1) build relationships and strong communication across creative, media, external agency and marketing functions 2) clarify and evolve the work while advocating for guest-centric solutions and 3) understand the ins and outs of the business to problem-solve and help guide teams and partners forwards. The EM will enhance the value of Target Creative andbe seen asa credible and influential thought leader within the organization.
As a LeadCreative Engagement Manager, Audience, you’ll:
This role will focus on our “Black Beyond Measure”, “Más Que” and “Pride” campaigns
Build trusting and collaborative relationships with enterprise teams, external talent and agencies
Thinkstrategicallytoanticipate, connect the dots and activate teams
Communicate with the objective of enablingcollaboration,setting clear expectations and navigating diverse positions
Influence partnersandbeseen as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners
Operate objectively tomanage relationships,keeping the guestat the center of decisions
Facilitatediscussions with senior leadership
Identifygaps and challenges,takinga strong lead in determining action plans to keep teams moving
Understand the creative process and demonstrate operational savvyto strategically navigate the work
Be involved in theend-to-end process of insight andstrategy development, creative ideation and execution
Have knowledge in all media channels and creative discipline
Job duties can change based upon business needs
Four-year college degreeor equivalent experience
8+years of retail, creative, marketing or strategy experience
Demonstrated ability to work with all levels in an organization
Deep knowledge of marketing and creative departments
Willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances
Understands and leverage data for decision making
Ability to analyze data sets and synthesize information to craft solutions
Strong creative problem solving
Excellent written and oral communicator with impactful presentation skills
Values relationships, builds partnerships and leverages resources accordingly
Empathetic, ability to motivate and inspire team members and leaders to achieve results
Passionate about developing guest-led work and having positive impact
Desire to learn newcapabilitiesand enable others to do the same
Ability to influence others and managedifficult situations
Ability to be flexible and adaptable under pressure
