As a Lead Creative Engagement Manager, you’ll bring both business and strategic acumen to lead partnerships with Retail Brand Experience (including In-Store Marketing) and Target Creative partners. The EM delivers three areas of expertise: 1) build relationships and strong communication across creative and marketing functions 2) clarify and evolve the work while advocating for guest-centric solutions throughout the creative process and 3) understand the ins and outs of the business to problem-solve and help guide teams and partners forwards. The EM enhances the value of Target Creative and be seen as a credible and influential thought leader within the organization.

About you:

  • Four year college degree
  • 7-10 years of relevant industry experience, including in-store marketing
  • Strategic, big-picture thinker who can anticipate, connect the dots and activate teams while operating in a start-up mentality
  • Builds trusting and collaborative relationships with enterprise teams, external talent and agencies
  • Strong communicator that can collaborate and clarify to manage and set clear expectations, facilitate discussions with senior leadership
  • Influential and objective partner, seen as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners
