As aLead Creative Strategist,Store Experience Marketingyou willhelpbringTarget’sbrandto life in the physical store environment, supporting seasonal moments and category needs.You will work with a dedicated team ofcreative directors, writers, and designers totranslate creative strategy into impactful in-store marketing that resonates with our guests.
You will be responsible for designing creative briefs that transform marketing strategies into immersive experiences that help our guests connect more deeply with the brand. Your expertise in uncovering and providing unique and unexpected insights informed by guest, cultural and business research, will fuel big ideas and innovation. You willsimplify complex problems into clear, actionablestrategies while balancing business needs, brand ethos, and culture.You will inspire creativity, motivate behavior and guide the creative process to ensure all deliverables are grounded in the needs and wants of the guest. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a Lead Creative Strategist. Four yearcollege degree or equivalent
7-10years experienceinbrand strategy, creative strategy,ormarketing planning
Strong strategic thinker with experience synthesizing information to generate actionableinsights
Ability to author clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs
Experience applying creative strategy to physical spaces
Demonstrated systems thinking and design experience
Familiaritywith design research or behavioral science principles
Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate ambiguity
Experience working with teams toestablish and/or repositionbrands
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization and presentation skills
Ability to build strong partnerships and negotiate across the organization to gain agreement.
Ability to facilitate and clarify project expectations, objectives and deliverables
Ability to direct multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
