Our purpose is to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. As a Lead Product Designer on our team you’ll bring that purpose to life across Target.com, Target apps and more through the design of new retail experiences and the evolution of existing ones.
The ”Confirm & Buy” team is responsible for much of Target’s core ecommerce experience on our main platforms (target.com and the target apps), with a focus on our Cart, Checkout, and Post Purchase experience. For a sense of scale, literally all purchases made on Target’s website or the Target app go through this team's space, so any small improvement makes a huge impact to our customer experience and to Target. As a designer, you’ll be well-positioned to make an impact as a member of a nimble, friendly and high-performing team operating at the heart of Target’s growing digital business. Through your process of insight-driven design, you’ll define new ways to make shopping, payment and check out surprisingly elegant, fast and even joyful! Sound like fun? Read on…
