A role with Target Loyalty means a big opportunity to create new Target guests and drive profitable growth. Here, you’ll deliver the insights and analytics that measure our performance and improve our marketing and media decisions. You’ll lead the discovery, interpretation and communication of meaningful data patterns that inform innovation for greater guest loyalty. Your work will help guide the holistic Target experience for our guests while providing our business partners with facts distilled into insights and implications that they can quickly and easily act on. You’ll dream big to ideate the new tools and methodologies that effectively answer Marketing and Media Strategy’s most critical questions. And you’ll provide leadership when it comes to guest data governance, policies and enhancements.
As a Loyalty Marketing Operations Analyst, you will partner with business owners to help translate business problems into guest-focused marketing & business solutions. The Loyalty Marketing Operations team drives and maintains a toolkit of guest-led, innovative and scalable solutions that support business needs. You will manage and source a portfolio of multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously including Circle, Direct Mail, and both internal and external offer and reward solutions. You will be responsible for solving business problems through end-to-end strategic operations including the technology, process and execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with product teams, marketing, merchandising, external vendor partners, store operations, and our partner teams in India to drive the brand, business and operational efficiencies.

- Bachelors’ degree B.A./B.S.
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a role with experience in retail, e-commerce, guest experience and operations.
- Able to develop strong relationships and build trust and confidence with partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to find efficiencies in daily tasks.
- Thrives on variety and multi-tasking
- Strong problem solving with a solutions oriented mindset.
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work through ambiguity, and adapt with the business as it evolves over time.
- Technical aptitude and experience working with technical team is desirable.
