Target Studio is an integral part of Target’s Marketing Team and is leveraged for photo and video production services. We partner with teams across the company to bring the Target Brand to life.
As a Props/Shipping Logistics Manager you will bring the Target Brand to life by managing this team for Target Creative. Will have a high-level knowledge in all aspects of warehouse, inventory and local and domestic shipping logistics management. Leads and develops a Prop/Shipping Logistics production team while managing a large physical inventory of prop elements. Trains and motivates team to deliver the highest standards of execution and collaboration with internal and external partners. Leads development and implementation of continuous process improvements for the warehouse in service of all internal and external creative production; appropriately champions and drives change management within team and with key partners. Develop and maintain strong internal partnership with Merchant and Creative Production roles to effectively execute against prop strategies across the enterprise. Thought leader for technical advancements in the warehouse/inventory management space. Develop and manage KPI’s for team
Identify high potential candidates and develop avenues for growth. Conversely, work with low performers to improve performance. Strong working relationships with photography and video production team, internal and external studio management, Set Shop, Creative Producers, Product Team, Product Producers, freight carriers, shipping logistics partners, Enterprise Strategy, Finance and Experiential Marketing.

- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Proficient in WorkHorse, Filemaker, Pegasus, Microsoft Office, SAP, Asset Hub, Sample Tracking tools
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong leadership skills to build and drive a large, diverse team of exempt and non-exempt team members
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, think critically, and possess strong written and direct communication skills
- Proven success in performance managing and motivating a team
- Exhibits integrity, creativity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness
- Ability to facilitate and clarify project expectations, budgets, objectives, and deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate ambiguity
- Experience supporting multi-channel work
- Action oriented, with ability to prioritize and drive results
