A role with Target In-Store Marketing means an opportunity to shape our guests’ holistic experience of our marketing content inside our stores. You’ll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have an important impact on In-Store Marketing’s activities. Bring your strong skills of prioritization and creative evaluation to ensure business needs are met, while driving exceptional in-store Guest experiences.
As a Marketing Lead, ISM Operations, you will drive change within In-Store Marketing (ISM) processes and tools that enable the ISM team to deliver an undeniable Target guest experience in stores. You are responsible for collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects and work streams as well as driving input and creation/development of key ISM processes, tools and interaction models.  Key to this role is the ability to exert influence with peers, leaders and cross-functional partners, both internal and external, in order to resolve problems and drive toward desires outcomes. Ultimately, you will execute work that has a significant impact to the ISM team as well as cross functional partners. Core responsibilities of this jobs are described within this job description. 
About you:

  • College graduate or related experience
  • Minimum of 6 years Marketing, In Store Marketing and/or Operations experience
  • Broad knowledge and experience in retail and/or Marketing
  • Understanding of the Target Brand and application to in-store environment
  • Natural problem-solver who approaches solutions using data, reasoning, and curiosity
  • Is resourceful, synthesizes information, thinks critically, and communicates the right level of information to the appropriate audience
  • Develops healthy relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels
