MBA Leadership Seminar Fall 2021:
This experience is tailored for the best and brightest MBA students interested in a career at Target. Designed for select MBA students, this experience builds practical skills and will feature a preview of careers at Target along with sessions focused on the retail industry, how Target develops leaders, and Diversity and Inclusion. The event will culminate in an interview with the Leadership Development Rotational Program (LDRP) or Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). All of this is guided by our influential leaders who have a breadth of industry and professional knowledge. Come learn, develop, and network with like-minded individuals.
Interviewing for Summer 2022 Internship roles for the following programs:
Target’s Leadership Development Rotational Program is a 2-year rotational program and development curriculum designed to provide a set of experiences to build enterprise empathy by learning in business functions outside the traditional career path, developing cross functional influence by driving meaningful outcomes, and deepening leadership experiences to accelerate the development of future leaders. Within this program, your experiences could span Finance, Merchandising, and Stores. LDRP Overview Video
The Finance Leadership Development Program is a 3-year accelerated development curriculum designed to attract, develop and retain talented leaders within Finance with the goal of making the Finance organization and Target better. Sr. Managers in FLDP typically complete two roles in key FP&A areas. When joining Target in the FLDP, you will immediately become an integral part of your FP&A team.
Event Date: November 11-12, 2021
Currently enrolled in first year of Business School, with 4 to 6 years of previous work experience
Strong analytical, decision-making, project management and organizational skills
Outstanding communication and relationship-building aptitude
Creative problem-solving and risk-taking skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail
Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
