Multicultural Creative Lead; Latinx (Full-Time Remote or Hybrid)

As aMulticultural CreativeLead, you will help develop campaigns that connect our brand with multicultural audiences. You help partners understand diverse guests’ needs across channels including Video, Social, Digital, Print, Experiential and In Store Marketing. 

You’ll partner with creative teams in shaping the strategy, concepts, casting, and language, infusing our creative with cultural understanding and nuance. You will articulate Target’s brand (voice and culture) to infuse all work with an unmistakable Target approach. You will partner to innovate, concept and guide execution of creative solutions and challenge conventional thinking to meet and exceed business and marketing objectives.


Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners across creative and marketing disciplines (both internal and external), you are responsible for providing clear,actionableand timely feedback, and meeting project deadlines. You are comfortable guiding all components of the work, and in presenting the concepts to partners across the organization. 

Critical to this role is staying current with multicultural trends and experiences, developing competent base knowledge of categories and guest behaviors, and being a passionate advocate for great design. We’ll support you along the way with personal and career development, to help you grow as a strongMulticultural Creative Lead. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About you: 

  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience developing compelling work for multicultural audiences

  • Comprehensive written and verbal skills with the ability to develop rich storytelling and guiding transcreation between English and Spanish language campaigns

  • Proven ability to direct work and lead teams

  • Strong knowledge of CS software and the Mac platform

  • Creative portfolio demonstrating an eye for design and art direction

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface and present to all levels of the organization 

  • Think strategically,criticallyand creatively.

  • Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results

  • Desire and ability to learn quickly – self-starting, highly motivated, fast working

  • Collaborative influencer with a clear POV and ability to establish rapport with peers

  • Adept at managing multiple,concurrentand complex projects 

  • Ability to identify the need for change and lead teams through it

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

  • Flexible to travel as needed

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs.  A Hybrid work arrangement means the team memberscore role will be a blend of virtual andonsite at a Target location.A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s notaTarget location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times ayear. 

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only:The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is 62,500to 112,500.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
