About This Opportunity
ThePlumbing Service Manager isaccountableforStrategic Program and Project Management for a variety of plumbing assets across Target’s chain of store locations. Their primary role is toownthe development and execution ofplumbing related project management including deployment of capital funds to replace end of life systemsthat enable a better total cost of ownership through the reduction of reactive maintenance issues.
You will partner with analytical teams to identify trends where capital funds may improve toplumbing system. You will developtechnical scopes of work and design documentation – coordinate design work as needed with Civil and Mechanical engineering firms.You’ll executeprojectmanagement tasks thatachieve strong levels of communication with both field teams and vendors. You’ll beaccountableformanagingprogram finances and schedule forecasting.Additionally, you will maintainthe development, implementation, and documentationof processes and training tools.
4-year college degreein engineering or equivalentcommercial plumbing service industryexperience preferred
5-10years of relevant experience– applicable technical experience preferred –plumbing specific – either servicing systems or installing systems for commercial clients/owners
Strong written& verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand mechanical design documents and specification
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule and travel as necessary –minimaltravel required
