Working within Pricing & Promo, your mission is to develop enterprise wide pricing and promotion strategies with merchants impacting millions of dollars within the enterprise Pricing and Promotions Center of Excellence. Pricing strategies affect everyday retails, promotional effectiveness, clearance management and competitive pricing. As a member of the Pricing & Promo team, you’ll focus on leading promotional offer strategy and effectiveness, and be a key business consultant to merchants developing relationships with Buyers, Sr. Buyers, and Divisionals. There is also a strong partnership with Marketing to bring offers to life for the Guest, as well as partnership with Store Operations, Finance and other important support areas.
As a Pricing & Promo Insights Analyst for Household Paper, you’ll provide insights and use data to make strategic decisions for promotional strategies for the Household Paper team, helping to drive $90 million plus in weekly sales. You will build relationships with buyers, senior management and other support teams in development of these strategies. You will leverage data to determine promo effectiveness and return on investment, sharing learnings with the division on a weekly and monthly basis and partner with your peers in the PPCOE to drive consistency within the Essentials pyramid. As you work with state-of-the-art systems to shape promo strategies at the enterprise and channel level, you’ll ultimately assist in making decisions that have multi-million dollar impacts.
