As a Products Ops Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the product portfolio by bringing data and insights about our users into conversations and ceremonies. You will leverage your prior experience to engage multiple levels of product in creating and implementing team routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs and enable portfolio-level intention maps that fuel collaboration across products. You will be responsible for bringing visibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and providing visibility of progress to our Product KPIs through metric visualization and analysis. You are accountable for collaborating across our product and operations teams to improve our core strategic planning, portfolio health, and communication competencies.
The core product and team(s)role will support Roundel’s Self-Service Ad Platform and Measurement Platform. The Self-Service Ad Platform is responsible for delivering advertising services such as media planning and activation for Roundel’s clients (e.g., advertisers and ad agencies) to create, run,manageand report on advertising campaigns themselves.
Your core responsibilities include the following:
Primary first point of response for data product(s) support
Point of escalation for technical support issues
Communicate notifications of system outages to internal stakeholders
Report and analyze support operations performance to leadership
Review client feedback provided in support channels and prepare use case(s) for additional product development

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience across Adtech product and/or analytics
Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Productand Technology teams
Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests
Ability to problemsolve
Project Management experience a plus
Media effectiveness background a plus
Experience creating and delivering product tools & stakeholder materials
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
