Program Owner – Waste Minimization, Property Management (Recycling, Sustainability)

A role on the Waste Minimization team in Property Management means the opportunity to support sustainability efforts at all U.S. Target properties (Stores, HQ and DCs). The Waste Minimization team works to provide the best Recycling, Donation, Organics (Compost) and Trash solutions to Target team members, guests, and communities across the United States. Our goal is to minimize the volume and cost of trash disposal while increasing recycling, donation and organics volume and revenue.
As a Program Owner, you will support Waste Minimization programs, data and analytics and special project initiatives. The exciting part of this position? No two days are ever the same as you engage with key partners (vendors, benchmarking partners and Target Team Members) and drive results with multiple programs.
- 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and drive innovations with a strong focus on reuse/closed loop.
- Strong collaboration skills & ability to work effectively with others.
- Demonstrated Analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, .Ppt).
