Manager Responsible Sourcing

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with the sourcing, strategy and ops and CR teams to build out Responsible Sourcing performance reporting and business integration. You will lead team engagement regarding standardization of RS data collection and analysis. You will also represent responsible sourcing in enterprise conversations related to how we share RS data and narratives internally and externally.  

Business Integration

  • Build dashboard to enable category managers to provide a consistent update to business partners and sourcing on RS KPIs
  • Develop methodology and conduct impact measurement across RS programs connecting with goal leads to ensure alignment and connectivity
  • Regularly review and report on performance of RS compliance and goal programs
  • Support development of factory level reporting and integration of core program activities such as RSAP
  • Manage RS program participation tracker at a factory level
  • Lead RS needs regarding data and support for internal and external surveys
  • Support enterprise and OBSD reporting needs with RS data (BPP, SVP dashboard, monthly tracking)

Systems Liaison

  • Act as the primary RS liaison for all topics related to the continued maintenance and evolution of our core systems (RS Database, DOMO, SPA, VMM, GSS)
  • Anticipate system needs to support changes in RS program
  • Manage RS intake and prioritization of Backlog for enterprise systems
  • Work in coordination with TTS to advocate for RS systems and data needs

Manage ongoing external reporting needs

  • Collect and validate all RS components of the CR report
  • Manage the development of narrative for CR report
  • Develop external reporting format for RS 2020 Goals
  • Report on progress of RS 2020 Goals
  • Pull and publish public facing factory list
  • Support Better Buying surveys and any additional purchasing practices data collection needs
