Our world-class accessibility team works across Target to deliver accessible experiences whether a guest is using assistive technologies like a screen reader, a magnifier, voice recognition software, or switch technology.

As a Senior Accessibility Consultant, you will…

  • Test digital experiences using a variety of tools and assistive technology
  • Log accessibility defects as appropriate and follow up to ensure they are addressed
  • Provide consultation to partners who are prototyping and building digital experiences
  • Create training materials and educate others on accessibility requirements and practices
  • Review prototypes, concepts, and wireframes for design elements and provide feedback to partners


  • 3-5 years’ experience doing manual accessibility testing on various platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate a well-rounded understanding of web accessibility requirements
  • Understanding of web coding languages and how they relate to ensuring accessible experiences
  • Experience in an agile workspace using bug tracking and project management software
  • Firsthand experience with assistive technology a plus
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
