Sr. Business Partner – Process Operations

A role within the AP Process Operations team means being a part of a team that manages data and insights, communication, workload management to drive processes & operational impact, while providing a strong focus on supporting field and headquarters AP teams. Here, you will apply a wide range of skills including using data and other available information to complete due diligence efforts that allow for root cause analysis.
As a Business Partner in AP Process Operations you will use your talent and experience to demonstrate self-direction, detailed problem solving, independent judgement and decision making in order to drive profitable results within Target’s AP Operations strategy and program. This analyst role within the team means interfacing with other business partners and working cross functionally through stores, merchandising and AP to validate business requirements/requests for analysis and present final analytical results to further the business. This includes day to day gathering of request that requires pulling, modeling, and manipulating data. Here you will apply a wide range of skills including developing business acumen, project plans, communication and presentations, and collaboration, while building your expertise in statistical methodologies.

- College degree or 2 years equivalent experience
- Efficient project and change management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines to meet goals
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and working in highly collaborative environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
