As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you’ll be a driving force in Target Creative by leading the project management of in-store marketing creative elements and experiences from concept through delivery. Design “how” Creative work is accomplished by planning, organizing, managing and executing project plans/processes. You will drive project coordination, establish and communicate detailed timing and deliverables by channel/tactic for multiple projects simultaneously, and set clear expectations with partners. Leverage your critical thinking to connect across Creative projects, proactively identify risks and roadblocks, and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities throughout the project workflow.

- Four year college degree
- 5-7 years of industry experience including in-store marketing, mass advertising, packaging, digital and/or experiential
- Ability to manage and execute complex projects in many different stages and work with ambiguity
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, initiative and accountability
- Speaks and writes clearly and succinctly
- Flexible to travel (weekends included)
