As a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance, you’ll oversee the financial performance of Southeast regional sites in the supply chain network (Region 2).  You will be responsible for the ongoing support to the Regional Vice President and all Senior Site Directors within the region.   You will play a critical role in Target’s transformation ensuring financial viability as we evolve to a faster and more efficient Supply Chain model to support our continued growth.  Reporting to the Director of GSCL Finance, you’ll be supported along the way to challenge your clients to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights of their performance.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:

  • 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives
  • Internal drive to probe deeper into questions, solve where to get the data  
  • Self-starter who can find potential themes/issue and research them to resolution
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to look at data and effectively story tell
  • Advanced Excel and or SQL knowledge – comfortability transforming large data sets into insights
  • Travel up to 25% of the time

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs.  A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location.A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. 

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $65,600 to $118,100Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
