The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

Working within the Loyalty team, you’ll lead and champion impactful strategic initiatives that support program design, benefits, and guest experience for Target Circle in service of driving loyalty and business outcomes. This work will center on delivering seamlessly integrated guest experience, working cross-functionally with marketing, store operations, finance, product, and other enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives to life across all guest experience touchpoints. Your commitment to partnership and collaboration will rally internal and external partners across functions to ensure alignment and progress towards common outcomes.

As a Loyalty Guest Engagement Sr. Analyst, you will leverage your strong cross functional leadership, strategic thinking, master influencer, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business acumen to drive multiple projects from ideation through completion.  Your keen understanding of our guests, products, business objectives, enterprise capabilities, and the competitive landscape will help shape how we evolve program design, benefits, and guest experience for Target Circle.  On any given day, you will simultaneously be ideating, planning, and problem solving on several strategies of varying scale, building business assessments, influencing partners, solving problems, driving timelines, and keeping working teams connected. Your role requires you to lean on your guest first approach, executive presence, and relationships to bring multiple cross-functional teams together to champion the vision.

  • Partners with broader strategic design roles to develop strategies for implementation of loyalty benefits and rewards across all dimensions of guest value ranging from functional to emotional.

  • Partner to drive the evolution of benefits within loyalty.  This role will be responsible for developing and driving implementation operations across multiple teams to bring benefits to our guests.

  • Lead cross functional work that spans multiple teams within marketing, operations, PPCOE, Merchants, Product, Digital, Stores, & Data Sciences

  • Complete robust financial/guest analysis and testing to provide outcome scenarios for large strategic changes. Monitor results and communicate to stakeholders on necessary actions to achieve goals.

  • Manage multiple projects at once, while staying organized in a fast-paced retail environment to deliver projects on time.  

To achieve these outcomes, your role must drive following activities:

  • Creating compelling guest and business cases to support the strategy of Target Circle.

  • Actively monitor and maintain daily interaction with key stakeholder to ensure success of Target Circle and new benefits.  

  • Engage in creative problem solving to find solutions to constraints and obstacles through the benefit implementation process, while keeping the guest at the center of our recommendations.  

  • Report and develop weekly action plans on KPI results and on drivers of variance. Analyze root cause using both internal and external reporting tools and drive strategy adjustments as required.

  • Deliver guest and financial metrics in support of Target Circle and Target.

About you

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years related work experience (merchant, vendor, shopper marketing, loyalty, marketing)

  • A master collaborator who is able to inspire trust and confidence with a range of partners

  • Skilled as implementing large scape, cross functional projects

  • Management of financial performance

  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-Starter, ability to work independently, strong initiative

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
