The pay range is $87,900.00 - $158,200.00

A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.

As a Senior Insights Manager, you will report to the Director of Guest Led Planning & Measurement and have responsibility for creating Enterprise-wide understanding of our guests based on who they are, how they shop, and how they feel.  Your work on the Guest Led Planning & Measurement team will drive strategic business decision about who to grow with based on an in-depth understanding of guest opportunities.  You will be responsible for designing and executing guest or consumer research, scoping and interpreting guest and sales analytics, and integration of first party and third party analytics to support key initiatives. You will be the primary contact for internal partners and will identify the appropriate research method, data source and vendor/supplier to execute work.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of work experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Data Analytics

  • Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools

  • Comfortable working with all types of data including survey, CRM, sales and market share

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different levels in the organization and cross-functionally

  • Highly curious with a strong business acumen

  • Remote eligible

  • Minimal travel required - no more than 20%

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
