As a Sr Manager, Tech Finance – Enablement, Gen AI, & Product Prioritization, you will:
- Drive financial discipline through core processes including forecast, annual goal, long range plan, and business reviews
- Lead strategic cross functional relationships including Target Tech, broader FP&A, Accounting, HR, Product, and Sourcing, develop business cases for new capabilities/initiatives, and present to senior leaders across the enterprise
- Identify and drive process optimization opportunities that could extend across the broader team and organization.
- Immerse yourself in the business to become an expert and bring enterprise financial insights and external perspectives to your partners.
- Stand up and maintain ongoing FP&A support for Gen AI, includes:
- leading the Value and Measurement workstream within the broader Gen AI Program
- partnering across Tech, Product, and FP&A on use case valuation/methodology
- maintaining the consolidated/Enterprise view of Gen AI value, cost and ROI
- Partner with the Product Management team on the financial valuation model/methodology within the broader Product Management Prioritization Framework; success will be driving greater clarity and transparency on Tech prioritization
- Directly lead, coach & develop 1 Sr. Financial Analyst through business cases, insights, and analytics

About you:
- B.A/B.S degree in accounting or finance, MBA, a plus
- 6+ years of relevant Finance experience (including FP&A experience) with a focus in business partnership and business case support
- Strong analytical, decision-making, project management and organizational skills
- Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
- Experienced in collaborating across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration
- Develop, coach and inspire talent
- Excellent communication & ability to synthesize key stories to senior leaders
- Curious and credible thought leader
